What goes on a board is our call
We decide what gets listed, which board it's on, and whether it stays. A submission is a suggestion. A listing isn't permanent: we can move it, merge it into another, or take it down.
A rank is a measurement, not an endorsement
Scores come from public numbers, updated weekly. Howis written up in full. A rank is what those numbers said on the day we took them. It isn’t an endorsement, an audit, or advice on what to buy.
Submitting means you want it published
Send a name, a link and a line, and you're asking us to put them on a board. Only send what's yours to send. You keep your rights in it. We get the right to show it here, on share cards, and in the file that describes the site to machines.
A claim gives control, not rank
Prove a listing is yours and you get the badge, your own words on the page, and the numbers behind your rank. It can’t move you up. A claim can be challenged, withdrawn, or reversed if the proof stops holding.
Featured cards are ads, and are labelled
Featured spots are for sale. Money buys a labelled card in a fixed place. Never a rank, never a score, never a better place in the table. Every featured card says Featured, and the ranking can’t see that a card was bought.
Prices and payment
A spot is sold by the week, at the price shown on the promote pagewhen you book. That price is locked for your run once paid. A later price change only affects later bookings. Nothing renews on its own. A card with your own headline isn’t charged until the headline is approved. If it’s refused, the hold is cancelled and you’re never charged. If a spot fills before your payment clears, you get a full refund.
A card belongs to its listing
A card only runs while you still own the listing it promotes. Release the claim and the card stops showing, but your spot stays booked for the rest of your dates. Claim the listing again and it resumes. Two things stop a booking running at all: a refused headline, or the listing leaving the boards.
One vote per person
Vote once per listing. A sudden burst of votes is set aside, not deleted, so a mistake can be undone and cheating stays on record. Votes and the index score are kept apart in both directions.
Embedding your badge
Put the rank badge on your own site, unchanged, linking back to your listing. It's live, so it shows your rank today, not the one you liked best. It stops working if the listing comes down.
Acceptable use
Three things count as abuse: fake votes, fake claims and fake numbers.
Don't fake votes
Vote rings, scripted votes, paid upvotes, clearing the cookie to vote again. Votes are the one number anyone can touch, so they're the one we watch.
Don't claim what isn't yours
Fake proof, a domain you don't control, an account you don't run, a company you don't work for. Every claim a machine can't check is read by a person. A bad one costs you the listing, not just the claim.
Don't fake the numbers
Bought stars, bought followers, bought downloads, a repo pumped by accounts that do nothing else. We read the same public sources anyone can check. This is the fastest way off a board and the hardest way back.
What happens next
Votes get set aside, a claim gets refused, a listing comes off the board, or an account loses the right to submit or claim. Which one depends on what happened and whether it looks deliberate. We don’t warn first when a board is being gamed, and we don’t restore a score after removing votes.
Using the data
Quote the numbers and link the board. Machines are welcome at a sane rate, and llms.txtis the map. Don’t hammer the site, and don’t copy the whole leaderboard to republish as your own.
What we don’t promise
No guarantees
Numbers go stale between updates, a source goes quiet, a page breaks. We don’t guarantee accuracy or uptime. Any decision you make from a rank is yours.
Links go to other sites
Every listing points at someone else’s product, repo or account. We measure them. We don’t run them. What happens after you follow a link is between you and them.
When these change
These rules change as the site grows. When the words change, the date below changes too. Carrying on using the site means you accept the new version. What we keep about you is on a separate page: the privacy policy.
